Neither the Controller nor the Processor processes special categories of personal data. The Controller declares that, when selecting the Processor, it has taken into account its professional, technical, organisational and personnel competence and its ability to guarantee the security of the personal data processed in accordance with the measures pursuant to Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data. The company's premises are monitored by a camera system for the purposes of health and safety, protection of property and financial interests of the operator. The records from the cameras are not disclosed, they are provided exclusively to law enforcement authorities. Authorised persons are duly instructed on the processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the relevant legislation. Records shall be made in such a way as to protect the privacy of data subjects as far as possible.
